Important Elements of Scene Fashion

Important Elements of Scene Fashion

What things really point out a scene kid to you or anyone else? Despite their funky fashion and many other aspects of their dress, well, you have to really look!

First of all, hair. The scene poof is noticeable from a mile away. Most girls tease their hair up as high as they can get it. Their hair may be decked out in ribbons or colored or just somehow made many, many times more noticeable. Almost anyone who can’t recognize a scene kid can learn to recognize one—just by the poof.

Secondly, piercings are pretty common with scene kids. This doesn’t mean that if they don’t have piercings they aren’t scene—quite the contrary. However, they are popular. The most popular ones are the lip piercing. The reason for this is that they are easy to pierce, easy to heal, and the quickest to heal also. However, you should under no circumstances pierce yourself. That is not only dangerous, but if you pierce it incorrectly…it’s just going to look stupid. A crooked lip ring isn’t anything to be proud of. Your best option is to go to a professional piercing shop.

Stretched ears are also extremely popular. These also require a lot of care as you stretch. You cannot simply just hop into the process and expect to have pretty lobes. The process is much more complicated and requires a lot of patience and respect for said process.

Accessories are also important elements. They are usually kiddish, but loads of fun and normally consist of favorite cartoon characters.
